Lucid Training is a company based in Egypt (Cairo & Alex) with a goal to provide people with quality courses to help them improve their lives in 6 areas which are spiritual, health & fitness, personal, family, social & career using non traditional & highly effective methods & techniques including but not limited to Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) , Time Line Therapy™ & Hypnosis.

 

Before 2007 we have been operating under the name of Egyptian Center of Neuro Linguistic Programing (ECNLP) for over 2 years but as our activities kept on expanding we toke the decision to change our name to Lucid Training.

If you checked the word lucid in a dictionary you may get: crystal clear, brilliant, sensible or clear-headed algoght they all describe our work but we toke the word lucid from lucid dreaming which is a state that you are dreaming and you are conscious of your dream and can control it, in that state there is a very clear link between your unconscious mind and conscious mind.
